Our origins: building bridges in Saint-Michel de l'Attalaye
Founded in 2006 by Oles Andre Etienne and Vandueren Frans, OSJOSMA was established to bridge critical systemic gaps facing orphaned and vulnerable children in Saint-Michel de l'Attalaye. Over two decades, the initiative has transitioned from a localized sanctuary into an organized structural framework integrating primary education and community infrastructure support.
